Information on shipping and returns
Beauty4Sale ships with PostNL.
When you spend € 50,- or more, we will ship your order for free! If the order is below €50,-, you pay a contribution of only € 2,99 (in The Netherlands). Shipping contribution to Belgium is €9,-
When we receive the order that you have placed, Beauty4Sale will ship out your products as soon as possible.
On weekdays ordered before 11:00? --> Next day delivery *
On weekdays ordered after 11:00? --> Delivery in 2 days *
Ordered on Saturday or Sunday? --> Delivery on Tuesday *
*This applies to customers in the Netherlands. For customers in Belgium applies that we'll ship the same day if your order is placed on weekdays before 11:00.
*Beauty4sale.nl obviously can't affect any delays at PostNL.
When your order is shipped, you will be provided with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to track your order.
This is only possible for our Dutch customers at this moment. For very small orders, we can't provide a track 'n trace code.

Products may be returned for any reason within 14 days. These 14 days start on the day that the order was received by the customer. If you notice any defects in our products, you are to inform us of said defect within the prescribed period in order to claim any crediting of the amount or replacement of the product.
Caution! If you want to return one or more products, you should always contact the customer service via e-mail or the contact form on the website! If you return your product to us without having contacted the customer service, we unfortunately cannot process your return.
Products in return must, without question, be unused, undamaged and still in the original packaging. Products must be returned in proper packaging, that is to say in a sturdy package with shock-absorbing material to protect our products from any damage.
You are responsible for any damage or loss caused by the returning of the product(s). We therefore advise you to use a parcel with a Track & Trace code.
When you return your products, the costs are on your own account.
In the event of you receiving money from us, we will pay this amount to you as soon as possible. This will usually be in your account within a few days.
If, after inspection by our returns department, the returned items show signs of usage or damage, Beauty4Sale reserves the right to refuse the returned goods and to return them to you again. If this is the case, the costs are entirely for your own account!
